  I did enjoy the movie, the performances were mostly good, but I had a hard time getting on board with the ending. It relieves almost every character from the consequence of their choices and seems weirdly optimistic in comparison to how the first half is set up.

  Tom Cruise looks so beautiful crying. Renée Zellweger is so charming. And Cuba Gooding Jr is the best part of the movie. The supporting cast, including the kids are great too! The central romance didn't really work for me but the climax won me over.. mostly. So many men show their butts in this movie.

  It ends with a song by my friend Bob Dylan. Extra 1/2 star.

  really loved the soundtrack and the camera movement in this film! sexy movies are BACK. very fun performances from all the actors. i do wish it had a slightly shorter runtime tho.
