like it was fine? did give great paris vibes but i couldn’t really believe they were a couple. other than the wild movie concept i felt like nothing happened which like maybe was kind of the point but nothing happened so i was kinda bored. missed opportunity for zelda to outright say she wrote gatsby and be try intrigued by the famous people they picked to be in it (both actors and historical). may those pearl earrings rest in peace

if this was trying to convince me to not want to be incredibly beautiful it didn’t work. like girl why are you such a bitch just like be hot and go in the ocean. this is my least favorite type of movie where i know i would not get along with those that made it or that liked it cause they all think they’re deeper and smarter than everyone else. one of those where they tried too hard to be different and have meaning when it really ended up giving a lot of nothing
