Dazed and Confused 1993
I love it when a movie presents itself as a meathead Porky's sort of thing (the tag line for the ad campaign for this movie was "the film everyone is toking about") and then ends up catching you totally off guard by being a super thoughtful commentary.
I had the same experience when I saw the original Robocop.
I love everything about this film.
