Wonder Woman 1984 2020
One of the worst movies I’ve seen in a long time. Almost nothing made sense, things just sort of happened with no explanation and pacing was all over the place. I can’t tell if they didn’t try with this one or production was complicated with the pandemic but its a no for me dog. Oh also Kristen Wiig’s character turned into a cat person at the end for absolutely no reason.

Tokyo Story 1953
The phrase “slice of life” could not be more apt in describing this film. If you’re as into the genre as I am I can’t recommend it enough. A very slow pace but Ozu does a fantastic job of keeping you engrossed, I was never once bored. Interesting composition that always looked wonderful. This is the first Yasujiro Ozu film I’ve watched and it certainly won’t be the last.
