I liked this movie a lot… looking forward to rewatching it when it’s on streaming! i feel like anyone who is hating on Mickey was expecting more of an action movie… the trailers showed a lot of footage from the 3rd act, so I can see how people were expecting one thing and got something else.

very interesting ideas and imagery… my second David Lynch movie I’ve ever seen besides Blue Velvet. adding half a star because its his first movie
people have said that the movie is a dream/nightmare and I think I lean more towards nightmare

those scenes with LaKeith Stanfield and Jesse Plemons reminded me of the steak dinners scenes in The Matrix a lot.... this movie is extremely well done and I think that Shaka King did a great job directing. i also enjoyed the cinematography. this will definitely be a contender for multiple categories at the Oscars this year.
