The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes 2023
Everything felt a little rushed. The book is 700 plus pages, so I was concerned how they were going to fit all of that story into a 2hr 40 min movie. My concerns were valid as the editing was pretty quick and a lot of moments in the film just needed to breathe. As a fan of the book, I was excited to see how accurate of an adaptation it was (excluding the moments in the games). I feel as if the film needed to be 4 hours. I need a Lord of the Rings extended cut version of this.

I saw it in 70mm, and loved it. But you definitely don't have to see it in 70mm because 99% of the film is people talking in small rooms.
