  This movie has good bones and deserves to be better. The premise and casting are solid. Unfortunately, Vin's is the only character that gets any development or motivation, but (based on the few scenes where characters reference their history together) it seems that was probably cut after the fact, leaving holes in what could have been a decent 2 hour comic book movie. The tone also seems disjointed, ending with a strong self-referential, comedic vibe that had been hinted at…
