Did I just watch a 90 minute BMW ad? Yes. Did I enjoy it? Also yes. Will I watch anything with Tom Hardy's pretty face and weird sexy accents? Probably...

I've never actually seen or read anything from the Twilight universe til today, which is pretty honestly pretty impressive as an millennial—a more heinous sin, now that I live in the PNW. Finally decided to take the dive today and was honestly pleasantly surprised. The narration and dialogue are laughable, but in an almost charming way. The PNW vibes are immaculate. Despite being a lil over the top, it's everything I love about the PNW—the Rainier product placement is the cherry on top.

I suppose that is the goal and Kurzel did a good job in eliciting that response, but I think this film is unnecessary. Despite Kurzel's best efforts of avoiding glorying the event, his…
