Sasha Nathwani’s debut feature is a deep and hopeful film set over the course of an A-Levels results day with a terrific and vulnerable central performance by Deba Hekmat as a young woman with an illness that leaves her uncertain about her future. The supporting cast are also very good, including a great supporting performance by Lydia Fleming as Hekmat’s best friend.

Steve Coogan is terrific as teacher Tom Michell who inadvertently adopts a penguin that changes his outlook on life in Peter Cattaneo’s funny, charming and inspiring real-life dramedy that is beautifully shot and has a great supporting cast.
Plus, we got a Q&A with the real Tom Michell, who was interesting as he talks about how he published the book and how it got adapted to film. 9/10
James Graham's play about Gareth Southgate's resurrection of the England football team is gripping to watch, even for someone like me who isn't even a fan of football (or any sport for that matter). Joseph Fiennes disappears into the role of Southgate, getting his mannerisms and accent down. The play boasts a nice ensemble including standout turns by Will Close as an exaggerated, dumbed-down Harry Kane and Gina McKee as the team's psychiatrist Pippa Grange. 9/10
