Below Sea Level 2008
There's a guy in this film who looks remarkably like Charles Manson, who says things like "Gimme a cigarette or I'll fuck Jesus" and "I'm gonna kill God". It's beautifully shot and has great empathy for characters that might be figures of fun for a lesser filmmaker.

The joke barely stretched to one movie, making a second is a cynical cash-grab, and making people think about Rudi Giuliani's penis is unforgivable. There's some weird Holocaust denial stuff that doesn't land at all and make no sense in something that is meant to be a comedy.
