The Brutalist 2024
Basically just the newest Great American film after There Will Be Blood. Need some time to process how I feel about some of the 2nd half’s decisions, but the first half was as invigorating as movies can be. The score to this movie is just unreal. Genuinely started smiling each time one particular portion of the score played. It’s used all throughout the film and every time that’s your cue to lock the fuck in for Brady to cook.
