Terrifier 2016
I'm keen to see the sequel because I'm really not sure how they can stretch this out to another 2.5 hours. That said, this is actually...pretty good? It's cheap and nasty with some impressive practical effects and well-executed tension. Art the Clown is somehow both frightening and endearing, punctuating his vicious kills with some nicely camp gags.
