  I have a weakness for stories who depict the hopelessness in life, stories set in unjust bleak worlds, with characters who struggle and suffer, yet in the end everything is just as horrible, life feels like a bad joke.
  "Just get the hell out of here!" -- but anywhere else is just as dreary.

  The scene that moved me the most is the one where Kaori tells Sato about a novel she read:

  i understood nothing from this movie but al pacino had me listening to his scenes with my full attention despite that; he is rly cool but i seriously didn’t get anything about the real estate business 😭
