Wow first concert film I have ever sat watched and although I joked about not liking it to my friend who I was watching it with I thought it was really great.
Jonathan Demme did a fantastic job making something quite simple as a recording of a live stage performance into a unique cinematic feature which I’m sure Talking Heads had major involvement and influence in creatively when it came to lighting setup and pacing as it feels very strange…

The Substance 2024
What can I say about this film apart from I loved it although definitely not the best genuinely probably my favourite film that’s come out the last couple of years that I’ve seen in the cinema a love letter to 80s Cronenberg movies and more. Side note they knew what they where doing having an Agent/Producer named Harvey.
