The Brutalist 2024
Beautiful movie delving into multiple themes I love to read/watch about (Holocaust history, the immigrant dilemma). There were many aspects of this movie that kept me mostly captivated for the 3.5 hours I spent at the theater after a workday but it’s midnight now so I’ll have to discuss them another time. The main criticism I have, or rather what I most disliked about the movie, is the using drugs plot/thread was not well developed or honestly necessary in my opinion.
