i probably need to review this again after watching the movie again with subs.
I loved the loyal husband wife dynamic, it works really well as a murder mystery. Enjoyed it, But I could not follow the mystery because I missed several motivations for key plot points because I missed several lines of dialogue, either because they mumbled, had bad sound mixing, or were just British (🤮).

Cool concept somehow made boring. The narration/flashbacks were painful to sit through, did not like the main actor or character at all, attempts at humor fell flat, lot of goofiness, the weird Mark Ruffalo and weird wife were weird and nonsensical. They somehow wasted all the cool philosophical aspects and politics of the ethics and logistics of cloning and made a story about a war with flesh creatures instead.
