A strange Arthurian, journeyed movie with a deeper meaning. Throughout the movie I was wondering what the real meaning was until the end I understood. A slow burn which had great visuals that kept me engaged. The technical side really stood out to me the most.

This is pushing 4 1/2 for me. The style of this movie was the best. The haunting and dark atmosphere of 1800s Germany with the beautiful looking shots were too good. The camera movements were so good as well and the acting performances delivered so well. Love what Eggers brings to his movies. He’s been making bangers. One of my favorite directors working right now.

Another great film by Fincher. Also a great performance by Jake Gyllenhaal as usual. This movie is pretty long and to me I didn’t even feel the length. This film had me hooked with the acting performances and the frightening true story of the Zodiac killer. The basement scene with Gyllenhaal’s character Graysmith is one of the scariest scenes. Another great scene is when Graysmith comes face to face with Allen and just looks him in the eyes. One of Finchers best.
