  The pairing the nuanced story telling of Ang Lee with wuxia’s GOAT stunt choreographer Yuen Woo Ping, and the cinematography of Peter Pau created what is arguably the finest martial arts film ever made. To top it off, it also features one of my personal favorite soundtracks.

I went into this movie blind and was thrilled by the stunning set pieces, elaborate wardrobes, and tense acting.
