Marriage Story 2019
The colouring on this film was gracious. The textures captured all of the feelings meant to be felt, the words spoke to the individual viewers. There were elements everyone can relate to. The casting was abstract yet worked so well, it all fell into place. The viewer was given time to understand and learn about both Charlie and Nicole; making people torn who to support and 'root' for. Every emotion was felt.
