Disney's Snow White is exactly what it's built up to be: a mediocre live-action remake that does nothing as well. It's obvious that these stories and characters do better in animation because they seem out of place in live action. Novocaine is simply an average action movie with a gimmick that gets old quick. I had lots of fun with the sweet nature of the first act and how they portray the protagonist but that simply dies out by the time this becomes a generic action flick in the middle. I had fun in the first half and found myself bored with the second half. Jack Quaid is fun and carries this from 2.5 stars to 3 stars.
