Easily one of the most overlooked films of 2024, Chime's atmosphere is such a masterclass in horror. It's a short feature that could have really benefited from a slightly longer runtime. But for what it delivers, and the layers of ambiguity it conceals, this film compresses so much complexity in just a matter of 45 minutes.
