  ok i love that this story is getting told but this is quite literally the longest fucking thing of all time. i get that they want to go into detail on the exploitation but oh my god every scene and bit of dialogue is executed to the slowest possible degree, there is like six seconds of filler space in between every sentence spoken NOBODY TALKS LIKE THIS

  idk. as many other reviews have pointed out, it’s philosophically pretty bad and most of it’s deeper meanings end up being pretty shallow after being applied to any context outside of the movie. my experience while watching it was great, i was consistently engaged and praising it over and over, but the second the credits rolled things started to fall flat. sighhhhhh brad pitt is goated tho
