  i remember watching this when i was young (probably too young, shout-out parents) and it was the first horror film i wasn’t necessarily scared of, but more a film where there was dark shit happening with exciting visuals which introduced me to the horror genre as a whole. so, in all it’s a staple to the beginning of bloody, gross, fucked up and weird obsession i have with horror today.
