  3rd time watching this but this time at the esplanade with an orchestra conducted by justin hurwitz. it felt so good being able to experience an orchestra irl, and it was a perfect environment to bawl your eyes out watching the last 10 minutes of the film. i will never not stop tearing up for the both of them. la la land forever has a special place in my heart bc of how it made me feel.

  i hated calvin when ruby realised she needed some space living in her own apartment at least once a week... probably what the movie directors wanted it for the audience to feel.. the moment he started changing ruby's personality i thought i would start hating the movie, but the ending was surprising and i would say i enjoyed it
