The Bourne Legacy 2012
Better than I thought it would be. No Damon or Greengrass, so it was a smart move to integrate this film into Ultimatum and to build a top-notch cast of Renner, Weiss and Norton. I wouldn't mind seeing another in this series.

The Dark Knight Rises 2012
A four hour film squeezed into two and a half hours. Poor pacing, and very detached emotionally. Bane was a disappointing, generic Hardy performance generated from cherry picking elements of previous roles he has played (and this is coming from someone who dearly loves Hardy), and Michael Caine was reduced to four tearful exposition scenes.
All in all, I found it rather disappointing. Joseph Gordan-Levitt stole every scene he was in, and Anne Hathaway did a surprisingly great femme fatale.
