I liked this movie, it was very dreamlike. I really like the premise and it was weird and confusing to watch. Some of the jokes, especially with the family, didn’t really work for me but in general I liked it a lot.

I love the books so much and I think they did a pretty good job but I feel like it just doesn’t transfer well. Some of the descriptions in the books are so gross and ridiculous that imagining it is better. I also don’t love that they made this more of a romcom between Arther and Trillion, it’s understandable but I like their dynamic in the books better.
