Ultimate World 2020
Nathaniel and Spencer’s debut film is a hallucinatory shaggy dog comedy, an achingly real anti-love story and one of the best Austin independent films of the last decade. It recalls Jim Jarmusch and early John Waters while marching to its own mellow beat, a collection of gradually enriching cinematic moments. I love every strange detail in this movie, and there are many. Watch this film — treasure it!
