  it feels like filmsoc is conducting a social experiment and seeing how low we’ll stoop to call ourselves cinephiles
  i get that technically speaking it’s good but after a whole day at uni 45 minutes of changing colours and zooming in on a picture on the wall just isn’t engaging enough
  i also get that there is technically a narrative, and don’t get me wrong some of my favourite films have very little means of actually effecting a narrative but as i said just not engaging enough, that’s not to say i didn’t stare at the screen the whole 45 minutes because TRUST ME i did
