It's hard to just not admire the effort that went into creating this short film. From a technical standpoint I'd say it's pretty perfect, especially the cinematography stands out to me. The sound-mix was perhaps the only technical aspect which was atleast a bit faulty.
The story is hard to judge, since the full script is 124 pages long and this is only the first 17 pages. So it may appear that the two storylines are randomly put one after…

Count Dooku has always been an interesting character. He doesn't always agree with the council and has his own thoughts and opinions.
Sometimes your devotion to the rules is inspiring, sometimes it's maddening.
It's surprising how much depth three shorts added to Dooku's character. His last episode with Yaddle kinda mirrored Palpatine manipulating Anakin.
