  While this movie will probably never be as effective as when it first aired, it’s amazing how grounded and ‘real’ everything feels, especially with regards to the writing and acting. Really enjoyable as both a horror story and a historical document.

  Amazing that such an abstract, dreamlike film was able to clarify some of the vaguer images and thematic elements left over from the original show. Really wonderful film.

  Eating caviar alone in bed in my historic parisian manor listening to ave maria on christmas eve and at no point thinking that I may in fact be evil.
