  Sortve like a fucked up, evil twin of a Spielberg film . Has all the rawness and sweetness of life combined with magical moments of real life that just so naturally and easily become cinematic moments of pure bliss, but in Magnolia those moments of bliss are also moments of pure, human angst and suffering. This is a five star, third-movie-in masterpiece

  Seeing this movie in a barely "packed" audience at downtown indianapolis' imax state museum when mark ruffalo's kenneth marshall pops up it brought lots of fucking laughter from me and my beautiful group of loved ones but alot of the crowd remained silent, obviously bitter about this depiction of our ugly fucking president. this is a very thoughtful film and bong continues to embrace humanity
