This movie is more than a courtroom drama or who done it mystery. It reminded me of Ordinary People. It depicts a family tragedy and the dynamics among the members in determining what actually happened. Very compelling and
the acting is suburb. Sandra Huller is terrific and it would be so refreshing for her to wim the Academy Award for Best Female Lead in a movie. Milo Graner's performance as the frightened and confused son was perfection. I hope we see him more in the future. Heartbreaking but I highly recommend this movie.

I noticed Barry Keoghan in Dunkirk and The Banshees of Inisherin. He's an excellent actor. He's delivery is graceful and honest. So, I watched American Amimals, which is a true story.

This movie depicts social hierarchy in the Indian culture from two perspectives; the servant who dreams of learning about and pursuing a passion, and the upper class business person pressured to marry to maintain or elevate the family's social standing. Neither has a choice in these matters unless they drastically change their lives. Beautifully written and acted. Highly recommended.

Denzel Washington is terrific as the body guard to the child of a high society couple in Mexico who is kidnapped. Another intense and emotional role we've seen him do so well in countless other films. It has several twists and turns keeping it compelling and has a strong supporting cast. But Denzel is the showcase and I highly recommend setting 2 hours aside for this one.
