  This movie is nuts. It's pretty much Steven Seagal grooming a 14 year old Polish orphan pen-pal, but when she tells him she can't write him anymore he loses his shit and tracks her down. Once in Poland he finds out shes been kidnapped by another gang of pedos and he goes on a killing spree to get her back.
  Seagals voice-overs were also comically bad.
