  Why, oh why, Mister Bong? While I adored the metaphysical aspects of "Mickey 17" and the way it merged reflections on the condition and nature of humanity with fine comedy, the political aspect of it all was nothing short of dreadful.   Rarely do I have nothing to say about a film, but it seems to be the case here. Formally extremely plain, nice allegory animated like a video game cutscene.

  'Annette' is just so full of its peculiar magic. It's because all of its songs, performances and perfect visuals. It's unbelievably mesmerizing. The first act is perfect. I literally cannot find any flaw in it. The second one is amazing too. However, the third one is too long and I can't say, that I enjoyed it. Anyway, what a picture! I can't wait to watch more movies by Leos Carax. Finally somebody shares my love to all shades of the gorgeous colour green!
