A fun but flawed Disney adventure. It has its charms—Vincent Price’s Ratigan is a standout, and the steampunk-inspired London setting is creative. However, the story feels rushed in places, and some characters lack depth. The animation is solid, though not as polished as Disney’s golden-era classics. Enjoyable, but not as gripping as the studio’s best.
Starts off slow and can be a bit confusing at times, making it a bit of a challenge to follow. The musical score doesn’t do much to enhance the experience, feeling forgettable rather than immersive. However, the story itself is engaging enough to keep you invested, with just the right amount of twists and turns. While not a flawless thriller, it delivers an entertaining ride that makes up for its shortcomings. If you’re willing to push through the slower moments, it offers a satisfying, if slightly uneven, experience.
A visually stunning and musically enchanting film, Mulan delivers a powerful story of courage and self-discovery. The animation is vibrant, and songs like "Reflection" and "I'll Make a Man Out of You" are unforgettable highlights. Mulan's inspiring journey and strong message make this a Disney classic worth revisiting.
Great attempt, but missed potential. Intriguing world but unfortunately doesn't explore it's most compelling ideas. The villains felt exaggerated to the point of being hard to take seriously, and the world never felt fully developed or explored. Despite it's flaws it was entertaining and funny, but will leave you wishing for more.
