The Iron Claw 2023
this movie had the entire theater all choked up, especially the girl in front of me who couldn’t stop sniffling for the last 30 minutes; which honestly, i don’t blame her. i think this movie did the von erich family’s story justice and showcased the sons’ struggles, in trying to hold up to their father’s unattainable standards, in a respectful manner. not only did this movie honor their individual lives, but it also allows their legacy to live on and be heard by millions of people who maybe would’ve never known about them otherwise.
