  Really enjoyed this. Elliott Gould was very compelling and charismatic in his oddball private detective way. Fun twists, fun noir esque plot and pace. I had fun with it.

  Had a weirdly emotional time in a packed Baltimore theater seeing so many people I knew and a fun reactive crowd. Incredible to see on the big screen. Each time I see it I think about how incredible it would be as a stage play if you got someone like Julie Taymor to do the puppets. I just feel like it would rule as a play. ANYWAYS.  Rad.

  Thank u Charles revival. This will always be one of my faves and I can’t fully explain why. The colors. The aesthetics. Classic Wes Anderson in ways that I love so much. The commitment to the beanies, willem Defoe stealing every single scene he is in, baby Matthew Gray Gubler, and the god damn sigur ros needle drop at the end. Loveeeeeee.
