  I can't seem to wrap my head around the fact that this was shot on an iphone camera!!

  Starting to see some patterns in Sean Baker's films, specifically Karren Karagulian's character having someone throw up in his car (very unfortunate), and the lead character literally spending half the movie angrily stomping around town in the search for her horrible boyfriend. I'm not disliking it. His style is growing on me.

  This movie was shot beautifully, the music choices were brilliant, and Daniel Craig proceeds to constantly amaze me with his versatility as an actor.
  That said, mister Guadagnino, WHY DO GAYS ALWAYS GET THE TRAGIC ENDING?

  I liked this movie more than I thought I would.

  Good to know that high members of the church, cardinals and archbishops, are human just like the rest of us. They smoke, they scroll on their smartphones, they eat messily, they judge and they get judged, they gossip and whisper and gather in little groups, not unlike schoolgirls, divided only by their perceived hatred of eachother, however illegitimate it is. And, if all this doesn't tie us together and doesn't show our many commonalities, it is death that does.
