    Sprinkled with little magical moments, fun character moments and quirkiness. But ol Snake Pliskin doesnt exactly do a lot of badass hero action, and the concept itself is kind of hard to take seriously, and meanwhile the whole reason the president is even around, and what the stakes are for Pliskins mission seem hard for the film to explain clearly.
