Heedless young man goes somewhere despite multiple warnings not to, for money I guess.
Essentially brings back a plague from this strange foreign land and then everyone kinda understandably panics, and gets put in lockdown and goes after the little weird bloke (who does seem to be up to no good). Eventually a woman saves the day and everyone can enjoy time in the sun again (which in fact they could have all along).

A rollicking dramedy, that I appreciated for not getting too dark, which centres around a young sex worker and the immature son of an oligarch, who have a great time basically using one another... for a while. The director expertly employs tracking shots and swish pans, mixed in with close ups, and fast cuts, to enhance the storytelling and keep the action moving, so the film feels shorter than its 139 minute run time, and a lot of fun throughout,…

The epitome of fuck around and find out, I didn't have very high expectations but it really enthralled me and kudos for pulling off a great ending.

An epic biopic that in equal parts venerates and disparages Mozart, as most of his life is told through the eyes of his rival, the scheming and (comparatively) mediocre Salieri.

The film depicts the music composition (particularly towards the end), and the operatic scenes fantastically well considering the translations involved.
The Director's Cut is a long one at 3 hours, but it's a story about love, deception, greed, lust and unbridled enthusiasm, so what's not to like.
