Best show I've watched in a while. Absolutely loved the format and the fact that it really stuck to the essential, not using the tv show to unnecessarily drag a story along. Felt like watching a really good 4 hour play.
Came for the one shots, stayed for the amazing acting and dialogue.

Really well made documentary shedding light on the displacement of Palestinians in Masafer Yatta. I enjoyed the clever mix between raw footage from Basel and Yuval and the more cinematographic images by Rachel Szor. It was also enjoyable to watch the conversations between Basel and Yuval, giving more of an insight into the lives of the people beyond the shocking images of the destruction. Extremely effective in making me empathize more with this hopeless situation.

Interesting look into the political and social situation in Turkey. The film is split into three different parts: a grieving mother still trying to deal with the disappearance of her son, a man who works for the Turkish government helping make people disappear and the bosses of this man. This way we also get to see the perpetrator as a victim to the corrupt system that he serves.
