Waltz with Bashir 2008
An amazing hybrid of documentary, drama and animation. For a few moments it feels almost too real to be an animation. We can easily expect the ending and what the movie is trying to say; however we never lose the strong emotion during the trip; thanks to the very stylized visual carrying the point of view of each interviewer.

All the elements are so cleverly designed to relate each other. Tilda’s performance is perfect. The editing is totally emotional but also easy to put together the whole picture.

Have never seen a cult been made visually so beautiful. The color is just amazing. The sound is completely designed with the plot and performance. Love the scene of all women crying together with Dani.
Every talent does well in their own part, even the crowd perfect shows so called “grieve and celebrate at the same time”.
