The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent 2022
A true example of a film that’s trailer is better than the film itself. Great cast and performances but a weak plot and structure that causes this to fall apart and have odd pacing through whole film.

Nickel Boys 2024
I’d love to rate this higher because it really is an incredible directional debut with a unique perspective to tell this incredibly heart wrenching story, but unfortunately the ‘perspective’ that’s a technical part of the film gets in the way of telling the story too often that it pulls us away from what’s most important.
