Before watching this film, if you had asked me the perfect way to start a vampire movie, I'd say Peter Murphy singing Bela Lugosi's Dead in a cage as erotically charged clips of David Bowie and Catherine Deneuve flash on screen... Imagine my surprise. Thankfully, Bowie's on-screen character death as John came early enough that I didn't have to ponder the morality of his presence in the film. This was especially welcome because upon seeing Susan Sarandon with short hair,…

Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives 1986
The slasher to end all slashers? More appropriately, the slasher to redefine the genre from informative murder porn (shoutout Randy Marsh) to pure carnage. Considering both the creative killings being revived with no bars held on showing the gore alongside the meta, ironic goofiness, it’s unquestionable that this movie surpasses all of its predecessors.

Dawwwwwwg. After the movie was done, I was sobbing in the theater. I was sobbing so loud I know the other losers who also watch the credits could hear me but I literally couldn't stop. I was inconsolable and my fiancé is very kind for not pretending not to know me.

Has anyone else noticed that nearly all of the movies that get 4+ stars nowadays have SA scenes? Just me?Translated from by -
Sadako 3D 2 2013
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Terribly boring just like the first one. Still kinda liked it tho. I just don't understand how the fuck it's called Sadako 3D when SADAKO LITERALLY DIDN'T MAKE A SINGLE APPEARANCE. I also don't understand why I like boring and terrible movies.
BUT Nagi's actor acted her chops off, omg! As a hater of all child actors, I was floored. She was a better actor than everyone in the past 4 movies I've reviewed (not a high bar, but still).

I've never seen a more accurate depiction of the family curses that fathers leave behind.

How do I express irony about the fact that this movie opens with an intense depiction of gore and it also shares the same name as a movie from the Saw universe? Is there a joke here?
Maybe the joke is how the movie is guilty of Saw-level antics-- it has a new director that obliterates everything good about the former movie. The big difference is that I love Saw. Not this. Don't watch this. Or do. I'm not your boss.
