Not nearly as engaging as the far superior Deadstream. That said, the comment stream is a lark, and the story moves quickly enough to make the runtime feel pretty breezy. Overall, not the worst of this genre I have seen, though the budget shows a bit when more time is spent shaking the camera then showing you anything visceral.

Mia has really settled into the role here. And everything about the 80s vibe is there from the music to the style and the feeling of mid 80s Hollywood. I wish there was a slightly more engaging story to back it up, that said I still really have enjoyed this series and would happily be back for more, should Ti West decide to continue exploring this character.

The plot and plausibility of the kills and overall escalation of this feature film based on the short "Conductor" is so batshit crazy, and ridiculous, I cannot help but love it so so much. While not quite as jaw dropping as its predecessor, this movie delivers the goods in every way, with a long runtime that flies by, a fully realized story and a perfect blend into what we know is ahead. The world feels real, the CGI while apparent at times doesn't take away from the amazing action including the two extended chase sequences that at times surpass what they did…
