  girl watches wong kar wai movie and suddenly her life changes. looking at the world through his lens now!

  i rate it a 4 because while the movie (dare i say film) was pretty slow, the cinematography, detail, dialogue, everything else was great. i was lost at a certain point but it was pretty easy to pick up on what i didn’t understand. 

  i love how some “random” scenes were really just details that added to the whole mood of the movie. 

  i think i am going to watch it again when i am in a relationship so it can hit harder.

  i’m revisiting this on 2/3/25 at 12:58 am and i do think 0 stars is a bit harsh. i realized that i love the message a little more than the execution. feeling disturbed after the movie was kind of the whole point imo. thank you miss fargeat for your imagination!
