The Apprentice 2024
A troubling, but very intriguing look into the world and the rise of Donald Trump. Incredible performances by Jeremy Strong (especially) and Sebastian Stan, and a visually beautiful movie. The gradual rise of DT the real estate titan and simultaneous decline of DT the human being was extremely well executed and entertaining, albeit pretty sad to see. The film could also be very funny at times which I was not necessarily expecting.
…. Seriously though it’s a crime that Jeremy Strong won nothing for this.

Deadpool & Wolverine 2024
Really funny (funniest MCU movie ever imo), great action, great cameo… with that said the plot left a lot to be desired, very little relevance to the MCU (although they did establish anchor beings), and a little too much of the wall breaking comedy.. all in all, really fun movie with tons of fan service and great action.

The Killing of a Sacred Deer 2017
Holy shit… one of the most deeply twisted, disturbing, yet captivating, movies I have ever seen. Masterfully directed by Yorgos, and some incredible acting performances… Colin Farrell especially. I will most likely never watch this again but will certainly recommend to someone who’s in the mood to be disturbed.
