Really don’t know how to feel about this one. I liked it very much up until a point and then felt genuinely confused and upset by the end.

    Exhaustingly long.

Its politics are tone-deaf, its message is as hollow as a drum, and its action sequences are about as much fun as watching paint dry.

It’s not hard to feel insignificant in the vastness of the universe.

It’s also not hard to see why Cowboy Bebop is hailed so highly as one of the greatest anime series of all time.

It’s extremely unique, has a fantastic cast of central characters, explores many genres but never sticks to their conventions, and has so many tonal shifts that help to explore and simultaneously evoke so many emotions.

    Brilliant.
