Mickey 17 2025
Probs got my hopes up a little too high for this film, but it was still an enjoyable ride. 🫡 I would say it lacked some of the character and thematic depth that I have come to expect from a Bong Joon Ho film (felt like maybe they made him cut it way down?? Would have loved to see more of the debates around cloning in general!), but the performances from Pattinson, Ackie, Ruffalo, and Collette really shone! Loooved the little creature babes

Was a little boring as most music biopics are imho! They tend not to say anything original and this one did not break the trend! If you want a pretty straightforward telling of Bob’s rise to fame this is the movie for you!
I did give the movie an extra half star because my boy Timmy really committed!
