  A romance with elements of sci-fi/fantasy, mystery, thriller, and apocalypse, and even with all those disparate ideas it manages to be perfectly cohesive and engaging throughout, 11/10, would cry my eyes out at 1AM again.

  It has the same exact strengths and same exact weaknesses as the original. Visually marvelous, and the worldbuilding is top-notch but the characters often go underused and underdeveloped. One thing it had over the original were the action scenes, both in creativity and in choreography. Overall it's just more Avatar, and I like more Avatar
